He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Rollins, Sr. and Martha Minor Rollins; his wife Roganna Howard; his daughter Amanda Rachelle Rollins; his brother Frank Rollins, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Arthur Smith, Virginia Rollins and Roberta Rollins; his cousin Edith Washington; his niece Lyndorah Ellis; his friends, Samuel Coleman and Thomas Johnson; and also Ray Searles. He was also cherished by the love of his life, his mother and father, and the brother and sisters.
