He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn "Maw" Hedrick and Fred; and his siblings, Clint Nelson and Dolly Cooper. He is survived by: his close friend Babs Armentrout of Spotsylvania; his sons, Thom Armentrout (Zachary) of Stafford, Tim Armentrout (Laura) of Spotsylvania and Bill Armentrout of Spotsylvania; his grandsons, Riley Armentrout, Mason Armentrout and Wyatt Armentrout; and his siblings, Neil Armentrout, Freddie Armentrout, Monroe Armentrout, Ronnie Armentrout, Junior Hedrick, Scott Hedrick and Molly Teter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
