It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Dollene Fregoso of Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joseph Flynn and Zora Maud Hoffman; and her brothers, Thomas Leroy Flynn and Daniel Joseph Flynn. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Robert Thomas (Cynthia Fregoso) of St. Petersburg, FL, Sean Daniel and Debbie Fregoso of Spotsylvania; and her sisters, Janiece Byl and Zora Blair. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
