It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Howard of Spotsylvania, Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, D. C. Howard and Ivie Howard; his wife Audrey; and his siblings, R. Calvin Howard, James Howard and Virginia T. Johnson.

He is survived by: his sons, Vernon W. Howard and Jeffrey D. Howard (Laura). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shady Grove United Methodist Church.
