He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Sue Baker; his parents, Neill Baker, Sr. and Inez Baker; and his sister Cheryl. He is survived by: his brothers, Neill Baker (Rose) and Timothy Baker (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
