She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Jenkins; her son John T. "Tommy" Gaines; and her siblings, Charles H. Jenkins, Linda J. Jenkins and Mary J. Parvin (Rudy).
She is survived by: her close friend James Michael Corbin; her son Stuart Gaines; her grandchildren, Colby Gaines and Toby R. Bridge; and her brother-in-law Bernie Jenkins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlotte's name to the Rappahannock Senior Citizen Site.
