She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabe Burke and Florence Burke; her husband Thomas Richard Baldwin, Sr.; her sons, Thomas Richard Baldwin, Jr. and Danny Ray Baldwin; and her siblings, Moses Burke, Charles Burke, Davis Burke, Helen Smoot, Violet Baldwin, Mary Owens and Doris Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Baldwin Reeve and Anthony R. Baldwin (Patty); her grandchildren, Karen Reeve Dobson, Thomas Richard Baldwin III, Kenneth Baldwin, Jason Baldwin and Samantha Baldwin; and her siblings, William Burke of Centerville, Rannie Burke (Shirley) of Manassas, Paul Burke of Sperryville and Janet Alther (Roy) of Sperryville. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, two great, great-grandchildren.
