It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Shelton Penn (Spencer, Virginia), born in Henry, Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shelton and Estelle Wade Shelton. She is survived by: her husband William Penn; her son Robert Penn (Angela); her sister Lessie M. Scott (Richard); and her grandchildren, Vincent, LaKeshia and Jasmine Penn. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
