He was predeceased by: his mother Emaline Mitchell Vestal; and his brothers, Mark Vestal and Mike Vestal. He is survived by: his father James Vestal of Elkin; his fiancée Bonnie Reynolds of Virginia; and his siblings, Stephen Wheeler Vestal of Elkin, Beth Vestal Reavis (Zach) of Greensboro and Jayme V. Martin of Elkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
