We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 85, Charles Wesley Rhodes II of Spencer, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Wesley Rhodes I and Garnet Nellis Rhodes of Spencer; his former wife Cynthia McElroy; his children, Laura Rhodes Clarke (George) of Birmingham, Alabama, Tracey Rhodes Breski (Brandt) of Boise, Idaho and David Rhodes (Krista) of Roseland, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Pierce Clarke, Erin Clarke, Logan Parker, Kayleigh Mosley (Shane), Alec Parker, Moriah Parker, Dayton Rhodes, Jason Monahan and Hunter Monahan.
