She is survived by: her daughter Emily Kay Lephew (Tom) of Dublin; her grandchildren, Joshua Stacy of Dublin and Chelsea Stacy of Pulaski; her sisters-in-law, Faye Hale of Speedwell and Willie Hale of Wytheville; her nieces, Janet Copenhaver and Anna Townley; and her close friend Charles Miller. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
