She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bartee and Eva Eanes Bartee; her former husband William Vance Testerman, Sr.; her husband Charles Stroupe, Sr.; her son Charles "Kip" Stroupe; her brother Buster Bartee; and her daughter Debbie Irene Sexton.
She is survived by: her children, William Vance "Bo", Jr. (Debbie Testerman), Jerry Testerman of Speedwell, Eva "Tiny" Terry of Speedwell, Betty "Peewee" (Dean Rosenbaum) and Teresa Phillippi of Speedwell; her siblings, Peggy Dill of Norfolk and James Dexter "Fuzzy"; her sister-in-law Edie Bartee of Speedwell; and her nephew Bimbo Stuart of Speedwell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to the Speedwell United Methodist Church / Mowing Fund P.O. Box 14 Speedwell, VA 24374.
