He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Newton Clary; his parents, Willie Clary and Kate Clary; his son Christopher N. Clary; and his brothers, David Webster Clary and Willie Wates Clary, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Thomas A. Clary (Pam) of Amelia; his granddaughter Carla Gayle Terry (Shaun); his great grandchildren, Cassidy Clary and Sierra Terry; his nieces, Catherine C. Jones and Vanessa C. Scott; his nephew Allen Clary; and his sister-in-law Virginia Perry Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
