She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Thomas Biscoe Sr. and Grace Gleason Lewis; and her siblings, Jerome Thornton Sr., Randy Biscoe and Elva Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Donald F. Bish; her daughters, Heather L. Bish and Tiffany D. Homeyer; her granddaughters, Aubree and Avery Bish; her pet Lucy; her siblings, Lessie Moore, Linda Kopeshke and Jesse T. Biscoe Jr.; and her friend Peggy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes - Colonial Heights Chapel (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Southlawn Memorial Park (1911 Birdsong Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805).
