She was predeceased by: her husband John E. "Bubba" Belcher. She is survived by: her son Dwaine Lee Belcher of South Chesterfield; her niece Sherry Marshall; and her siblings-in-law, Robert M. Belcher (Sue) of Henrico, Gerald E. Belcher of Chesterfield, Jean A. Belcher of Chesterfield, Shirley P. Nislar (Lou) of Prince George and Linda G. Belcher of Chesterfield. She is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
