She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesterfield Smith and Mary Lou Totty Smith; her husband Richard Otey Hubbard, Sr.; her sons, Marty Ray Hubbard and Keith Andrew Hubbard; and her siblings, Peggy Bennett and Butch Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Noel Hubbard, Richard Otey Hubbard, Jr., Regina "Gina" Gayle Johnson and Joan "Tootsie" Beatrice Yeattes; and her pet Jazzamay. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Southlawn Memorial Park (1911 Birdsong Road, South, Prince George, Virginia 23805).
