She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Jennings and Gertrude Jennings; her husband Leroy Fitzgerald, Sr.; her daughter Delores F. Goode; her sisters, Margaret Harris and Louise Booker; and her grandsons, Marlon A. Goode and Montique Fitzgerald.

She is survived by: her children, Claudette Fitzgerald, Karen Fitzgerald, Leroy Fitzgerald, Jr., Barry Fitzgerald and Dennis Fitzgerald, Jr. (Maria); her grandchildren, Anthony Fitzgerald and Terraz Fitzgerald; her sons, Dominque Fitzgerald, Steven Fitzgerald, Antoine Fitzgerald, Shondre Fitzgerald, Andre Fitzgerald, Devon Fitzgerald and Tyquan Scott; her great grandchild Kiearie Fitzgerald; her siblings-in-law, Ernestine Holly of New York and Meade Fitzgerald, Jr. of California; her nieces, Jean Tann, Barbara Walker and Joyce Booker; her nephew Eddie Booker; her great-niece Tracie Tann; and her friend Alice Jackson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
