He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Francis McDaniel and Lillard Franklin McDaniel Sr.; and his grandson Geoffrey Williamson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Seay; his children, Butch, Steven, Skip, Laura, Arthur, Donna, James, Ricky, Cathy, Lisa, Steve and Angela; and his grandchildren, DJ, Amanda, Nicole, Matt, Alexis, Stephen, Forrest, Travis, Austin, Michaela, Ashley, Josh, Berkeley, Ian, Jacob, Duncan, Kevin, Decklin and Logan. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
