She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rutledge and June Lampman; and her brother George "Bill" Rutledge, II. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Billy" Wright; her son Charles "Bill", II (Stacey); her grandchildren, Charles and Ava; her stepdaughter Sherry Mouser; and her brother Christopher Lampman (Tammy). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and their children.
Flowers are welcomed for the service or donations may be made to the Tunnels for Towers Foundation.
