She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rutledge and June Lampman; and her brother George "Bill" Rutledge, II. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Billy" Wright; her son Charles "Bill", II (Stacey); her grandchildren, Charles and Ava; her stepdaughter Sherry Mouser; and her brother Christopher Lampman (Tammy). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and their children.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Destination Church (5258 Oaklawn Blvd, Prince George, VA 23860).
Flowers are welcomed for the service or donations may be made to the Tunnels for Towers Foundation.
