She was predeceased by: her parents, John William McFarland and Cauline Belcher McFarland; and her son Dennis Gilbert Nugent, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Gilbert Nugent, Sr.; her son Wendell Grey Nugent; her nephew Kenneth Mundy; and her niece Susan M. Martin.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley United Methodist Church (3701 Conduit Rd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834).
