He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Simmons of South Hill; his children, Vic Simmons, Jr. (Nicky) of Lunenburg and Amy Green of Chesterfield; his grandchildren, Tori Simmons, Dustin Simmons, Lily Parks, Brody Parks, Kinley Parks and Ara Green; and his siblings, Marvin Simmons of Boydton, Dorothy Meade of Boydton and Lila Foster of Boydton. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
