He is survived by: his daughter Terri Nicole Carroll of Pikeville, NC; his sisters, Vicky Carroll of South Hill and Sophie Carroll (Chris) of South Hill; his nieces and nephews, Jerry Mulchi (Melaine) of Lacrosse, Thomas Carroll (Tamara) of Chicago, Illinois, Kathreen Carroll (Paul) of Pasadena and Lisa Mulchi of La Crosse; and his great-niece Persephone Carroll of Chicago, Illinios.
