He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mills and Bessie Mills (Clary). He is survived by: his wife Clara Dell Kidd Mills; his sons, Lyn Mills (Angie) and Mike Mills (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Abby Spence (Brandon), Charlie Mills (Lou), Macey Christian (Connor) and Mason Mills.
