He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward King and Pattie King; and his sister Jewel Faison. He is survived by: his grandmother J. King of La Crosse; his children, Jodie Elaine King of South Hill, John Ervin King of Timberlake, NC, Joanna K. Fitts (Bruce Edward King) of Chase City and La Crosse; and his siblings, Patsi King of Franklin, Jackie Jones of Smithfield, Vanessa Jones of Franklin and Cecil King of Franklin. He is also survived by eleven loving grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
