She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Anna Tucker Gregory (Speede) and Nobie Lee Gregory; her former husband Johnny Robert Clark; her husband Utha Wilson Knox; her daughters, Anna Clark Hackley and Laura Clark Ferguson; and her grandsons, Shawn Payne, Michael Braxton, Eric Clark, Gregory Ferguson, Donald Payne and KaJuan Osborne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Gregory-Williams (Jeff), Christine Clark Oliphant, Shirley Clark Osborne and Ernestine Clark-Smoot; her siblings, Christine Faulkner, Clara King and Harold Speede (Barbara); and her sister-in-law Elaine Speede. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
