He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Mary Moore; and his brother Michael Covington. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bagbey Moore; his children, Halley R. Moore and James "Rylie" Moore; his grandchildren, Ayden Moore and Quinn Moore; his siblings, David Moore and Leigh Ann Kinchen; and his nephew Chris Covington.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory (1504 N Mecklenburg Ave, South Hill, VA 23970). A reception was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
