He was predeceased by: his wife Carrie Andrews Barbour. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Davis (Dave) of South Hill, Glenn Barbour (Linda) of South Hill and Tim Barbour (Pam) of Dolphin. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
