It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Clark Reese of South Hill, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dorothy Clark may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorothy Clark touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Reese; and her daughter Mary'Betsy'Lynch. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Reese Watkins of Henderson, NC; her nephews, Mike Clark and Scott Clark; and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by many loving relatives, friends and neighbors.
