Bertha Pearce Bottoms Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Pearce Bottoms of South Hill, Virginia, who passed away on June 29, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Paetz Pearce and Thurman S. Pearce; her husband Bernard F. Bottoms; and her brother Wallace D. Pearce. She is survived by: her daughter Bette L. Bottoms; her son-in-law Gary E.; her sister Marie P. Stone of Wicomico Church; her nieces and nephews, Dana P. Ezell, Beverly S. Wine (Jeff Monroe), Alan Pearce (Sandy Riepe), Jim Stone (Nancy) and David Pearce (Jan); her pet Callie; and also, Mable Jane Simmons, Emma Lou, Anne Banfield, Marcia Watson, Sue Justice, Sandy Simmons, Judy Spake, Tina Vaughn, Nell Rutledge and Williams Methodist Church.
