She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Whitt and Gladys Long Whitt; and her husband Edwin Augustus "Ned" Stebbins, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Tracey Stebbins Smith of Elmo; her granddaughters, Jordan Elizabeth Hall (Tyler) of Radford, VA and Caroline Stebbins Smith of Farmville, VA; and her great grandchild Lucy Roane Hall of Radford, VA. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
