We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 61, Sandra Smith Conner (South Boston, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Monroe King Smith; and her close friends, George and Ace. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Talley Newbill; her husband G. Mitchell Conner; her son Matthew Ryan Conner (Brandi); her siblings, Travis Smith, Delain, Brenda, Janet and Ronnie; and her close friend Tilly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests you make a donation to the Charity of your choice in her name.
