He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mason Bowen and Doris Lowery Bowen; and his brothers, Thomas Oscar Bowen and Harold Randall Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Kathryn Bowen-Dotten (Chris), Connie Bowen Spradlin (James) and Quentin Bowen (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Payton Adams, Katlyn Adams, Cole Bowen, Cale Bowen, Kennedy Bowen and Jamie Spradlin; his great grandchild Ellie Adams; his brothers, Vance Bowen (Rita) and Cecil Bowen (Ramona); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Bowen and Dorothy Bowen. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
