He is survived by: his wife Janet Perkins; his children, Christina Roman (Jeremy), Renee Perkins, Jason Perkins (Dovie), Casey Perkins, Diamond Perkins (Sarah) and Brandon Perkins (Summer); his grandchildren, Brianna, Ava, Jason Jr., Topanga, Liam, Julian, Spencer, Neveah, Damion and Levi; and his siblings, Brenda Bolick (Obed), Marcia Perkins, Cathy Ortega, Carolyn Phillips and David Perkins (Rita).
