She is survived by: her son Scott Phillips; her stepchildren, Lisa Crawford of Arkansas and Kevin Phillips of New Mexico; her grandsons, Jayse Phillips (Mallory) of Bailey, NC and Ryan Phillips of Lynchburg; her great grandchild Elsie Phillips of Bailey, NC; her stepgrandchildren, Curtis Reagan (Jordan), Casey Crawford and Heather Reagan (Eric Osborne); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Camden Crawford, Nathan Francis, Travis Francis, Karter Reagan, Breyer Reagan and Alicia Crawford; and her siblings, Linda Wilcox, Nancy Thomas and Gene Norwood. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
