We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2023, at the age of 74, Linda Short Clark of South Boston, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Wilson Short and Cecile Waller Short; her spouse Charlie M. Clark, Sr.; and her brothers, Ryland and Bobby.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Clark, Jr. (Tracy) of Virgilina, Timothy Clark (Dawn) of South Boston, Karen C. Allen (Mike) of South Boston and Dale Clark of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Amber Clark, David Clark, Benjamin Clark (Vanessa), Hannah Clark, Ashley Clark, Aaron Clark, Noah Clark, Kristin Barton (Billy) and Justin Allen (Amy); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Mackenzie, Emma, Madison, Nathan and Carter; her siblings, Eugene, Philip, Wayne (Mary Jo), Garnett (Carolyn) and Betty; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Taylor (Alan), Gracie Lorene Clark and Eunice R. Clark. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
