She is survived by: her husband Larry Culley of South Boston, One; her daughter Cheryl Culley Wilkerson (Jason); her grandchildren, Charles Newby, Jr. (Rachel), Haley Lord (Timothy), Matthew Wilkerson and Gavin Wilkerson; her great grandchild Ella Grace Lord; her siblings, Steve Phillips and Pat Holt; and her cousin Cathy Madera.
