She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest Cole and Fannie Comer Cole; her husband James William Woltz; and her siblings, Causey Cole, Harry Cole, Estelle Gupton and Gladys Newcomb.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Woltz (Debbie), David Woltz (Kathryn) and Anne Nichols (Ted); her grandchildren, Vince Nichols, Stephen Blake Woltz (Amanda) and Stormi Woltz Ryan (Patrick); and her great grandchild Theodore James Woltz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
