He is survived by: his wife Myrna Ingram Lewis; his children, Diane Ferguson (Bill, family: Johnny Ferguson, Amy Torian, Maggie George) of Vernon Hill, Allen Lewis (Donna, family: Summer Lewis, Amber Clark, Destiney Link) and Donna McKinney (Johnny, family: Molly Campbell, Johnny McKinney, Jared); his sisters, Martha Terry and Betty Jean Loftis; his great grandchildren, Mason Ferguson and Eliza Ferguson; and his siblings, Herman Lewis, Lynwood Lewis, Emmitt Lewis, Warner Lewis, Addison Lewis, Vernie Price and Laura Millhiser.
