He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Powell of South Boston; his daughters, Amber Powell of South Boston and Mina Powell (Cody Mullins) of South Boston; his grandchildren, Gage Mullins and Grayson Powell; and his sisters, Debra Hite (Mike) of Buffalo Junction, Tracey Garrett (James) of Dayton, OH, Mary Hampton of Rutherfordton, NC and Jenny Vestal (Roger) of Timberlake, NC.
