Hill of Gloucester, VA; his children, Sheila Hill of Baltimore, MD, Tia Lunsford (Thomas) of Richmond, VA and Rafael Hill (Rosaura) of Killeen, TX; his siblings, Larry Howard, Denise Howard of Nashville, TN, Rhoda Howard and Mary Francis "Frankie" Howard; and his grandchildren, Shelly Hill, Raphael "Lito" Hill, Jr., Shania Hill, Lauren Barnard of Phoenix, AZ, Thomas, Lunsford, II and Taryn Lunsford.
