He was predeceased by: his father Charles Harper; and his siblings, Helen, Barbara, Bobby Jo, Charles and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Shirlene Gray Harper; his brothers, Leonard Harper (Tammy) and Mike Harper (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Harper, Juanita Harper and Irvin Ordonia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
