He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert Pennington, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Harris Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Mary Esther Elliott Pennington; his children, Ashlee P. Fesser (Craig), Thomas Robert Pennington, Jr. (Stephanie), Christopher Charles Pennington, Kasey Andrew Pennington and Carl Wayne Rains; his grandchildren, Richard, Madison, Skylar, Christopher, Thomas, Oliver, Riley, Jaxon and Grace; and his siblings, Sherry Candia (Stephen), Alan Pennington, Donald Pennington (Judy) and Charles Pennington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
