Nelms; his children, Morgan Elizabeth Nelms and Shaun Erin Riggin; his grandchildren, Justin and Rhiannon; his siblings, Donna Nelms Crick and William "Billy" Nelms, Jr (Lori); and his friends, Earl Edwards, Jr and Eric Harrison. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
