He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Barlow and Betty Barlow; and his brothers, Bernard L. Barlow and William G. Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Anne R. Barlow; his siblings, Betty Ann Bryan and Carl Barlow (Patsy); and his godchildren, Kristina Stewart and William Willard. He is also survived by numerous niece, nephews, extended family and friends.
