She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Hall and Catherine M. Davis; and her son Michael Mitchell of Charlottesville. She is survived by: her husband Thomas T. R.; her siblings, Glory, Clifford Bernard Hall, William Johnson, Jr. (Jeanette) and Eric Johnson (Doretha); her daughters, Veronica Spencer (Jesse) of Carrollton, Kathy Dixon of Washington, D. C., Anita Hall of New York, N. Y. and Arvada Gary (Keith) of Smithfield; her sisters, Mildred Turner (Lawrence) of Suffolk and Rose Smith of Ivor; and her pet Midnight.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shivers Funeral Chapel (12749 Courthouse Hwy, Smithfield, VA 23430). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Main Street Baptist Church (517 Main St, Smithfield, VA 23430).
