He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Linwood Owens and Deborah Kaye Comer Owens; his children, Alyson McKenzie Owens and Russell Tyler Owens; and his brother Joseph "Joe" Linwood Owens (Kim). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
