She was predeceased by: her parents, Simpkins Alonzo Roberts and Mary Elizabeth Buck Jones; and her husband Kenneth Lee Briley. She is survived by: her children, Brenda B White, Rhonda B. Ritter (Gino) and Kenneth "Keith" Lee Briley, Jr. (Candace); her grandchildren, Angela, Daniel, Chris, Jon (Jennifer), Gavin, Logan, Finn and Eva; her great grandchildren, Devan, Mathew and Breanna; and her brother Jimmy Earl Roberts.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the Isle of Wight Volunteer Rescue Squad, PO Box 97, Smithfield, VA 23431.
