Darden; his sons, Ronald Douglas Darden, Jr. (Carol) and James Robert Darden; his grandchildren, Tessa Darden, Noah Darden, Jameson Begley, Miranda Hollomon, Donald Wintersteen and Tyler Collie; his great grandchildren, Elijah Wintersteen and Eleanor Hollomon; his sister Jacqueline Horsley; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Darden and David Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
