He is survived by: his wife Donna Edmonds; his daughter Tasha Parrish (Andrew); his granddaughter Gwyneth; his son Robert Jesse Wiggins (Tina); his grandchildren, Ethan, Lexi and AJ; and his siblings, Fred Wiggins (Tammy), Jason Wiggins (Michelle) and JoEllen Owens (Bobby). He is also survived by nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
