He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Kelly and Lorraine E. Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Kelly; his daughter Brianna N. Philipps-Kelly (Ashley); his brother Tom; his siblings-in-law, Trish Kelly and Dennis French; and his nephew Matt (Diana Kelly). He is also survived by aunt and uncle and many cousins.
